Zion Leadership Group’s (ZLG) mission is to create global leaders.

ZLG focuses on strategizing and implementing educational solutions in training, language & culture immersion, and international career development.

With a diverse team of international facilitators, project managers, and innovative entrepreneurs, Zion Leadership Group helps hone global leaders and citizens through its unique, immersive and experiential programs:

Educational and Cultural Tours in Puerto Rico, the Philippines, China, and more.
Culture and Language Virtual Training, in languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, Filipino, Japanese, Turkish, Russian, Eswatini, and more, by native speakers and professionals.
Global Virtual Internships, where high school and higher education students are matched with companies from around the world in an intensive, project-based partnership.
Federal Internships, where high-achieving college and university students go through a face-to-face months-long internship with agencies in the Federal government.
Career Development Classes, both virtual and in-person, with topics such as Intercultural Communication, Global Personal Branding, Fixed vs Growth Mindset, Networking Through Social Media, and more.

ZLG has served over 15,000 students and individuals worldwide.

About Adrian Rosado

Founder & CEO

Adrian Rosado is passionate about developing a global leader. In 2012, he founded Zion Leadership Group, a professional strategy, and instructional design firm that focuses on collaboration, diversity, cross-cultural communication, and career readiness. The core programs of the company include federal internship programs with the United States Army and Veteran Affairs Office; global virtual internships with international partner organizations; education trips; culture and language development; and career readiness workshops.

Through Zion Leadership Group, he has led cohorts through cultural immersion trips through China, the Philippines, and Puerto Rico, along with planned trips through Palau and Turkiye. He has also provided professional development training for large corporations including PepsiCo, State Farm, and Google Chicago. He has also provided training and trips to over 150 universities across the United States and Puerto Rico.

Travel is a passion for Adrian, having visited over 40 countries. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Pre-Law and a Master’s in Business Administration from Eastern Illinois University.
